MCAN – PATIENT EXPERIENCE SPECIALIST

 

You are the right candidate for this position, if you:

  • are fluent in written and spoken English, Spanish and Turkish
  • make verbal translation between patient and the healthcare provider from English /Spanish to Turkish and vice versa
  • are university graduate
  • are extrovert, have a positive attitude and like to help people
  • have great organizational skills and persistence
  • are able to take initiative
  • have excellent command of MS Office programs
  • enjoy flexible working hours

 

You will be expected to:

  • send the patient itinerary and approval forms
  • assist the patient from the arrival time to departure time
  • provide translation when necessary between the patient and the doctor, MCAN’s Nurses, and the driver.
  • join a half day tour with the patient in Istanbul
  • make a short video with the patient to get his experiences and get the written patient review
  • first level after-care support
