We are looking for a Digital Training Senior Specialist working in Sales Training team.
Responsible for all digital tools/technologies of Avon’s Representatives such as “Avon Kampus” (learning and interaction page specific to Avon Representatives) and “Avon ON” (Avon Representatives’ app to manage and promote their Avon business)
 

Working collaboratively with Avon International’s digital training team to contribute/implement locally
 

Managing, delivering, updating and maintaining digital contents for Field Sales (including making product videos by using After Effects and Premiere Pro, and also recording videos for Field Sales team)
Developing contents on existing and emerging platforms, practices, and Technologies

At least 4 years experience in digital training/learning technologies

Bachelor’s degree specifically in Learning/Educational Technologies/Visual Arts & Visual Communication Design etc. departments

Social media management experience is plus

Good knowledge and interest on related technologies and tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop)

High ownership, accountability and proactive approach

Fluent English
