Draughts Person and or Quantity Surveyor

 
BT Commercial Ltd, a leading company focusing on air conditioning, heating and ventilation and Alternative energy products/services is seeking to employ a Draughtsperson and or Quantity Surveyor to strengthen further the Technical department. The company is experiencing growth and BT Commercial is looking for a suitable candidate to form part of the team.
 
Requirements:
 
Profound knowledge of HVAC systems and related codes;
Vast knowledge of plumbing layouts, design and codes (will be considered as essential);
Proficient in elevating piping systems, routing and layout sloping;
Familiarity with HVAC and plumbing systems;
Skilled at computer software, programs and applications (i.e. ACAD)
Ability to display work flexibility at given assignments and prioritize activities effectively;
Inspect and revised submitted shop drawings and documents for adherence with design specifications;
Investigate field construction to ensure adherence with established drafting code and standards;
Develop plans, segments, specifications and fabrication and schematic drawing;
Interact project managers and other trade professional to coordinate project drawings;
Ensure project requisites are attained as per given specifications on scheduled time effectually.
 
Languages: Fluent in English
 
Note: Although the chosen candidate will be given the necessary training, Experience, Certificates & Diploma in related works will be considered an asset.
