Digital Marketing Assistant

Responsibilities
 
Managing E-comm strategy and CRM projects
Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, marketing database, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns
Increasing CTR&ROAS values through AdWords optimizations for brands
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Campaign optimization, CPC related analysis, campaign efficiency tracking and reporting.
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
Monthly meetings with the agencies to determine the budget & advertising strategies
Execute content advertising activities
Responsible for the cost-effectiveness and quality of content created through third-party providers
Support all campaigns in the field of influencer marketing, content advertising, paid PR, social media and online reputation management
Keep an eye on digital content media trends globally and test new formats and optimize
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Collaborate with agencies to create landing pages and optimize user experience
 
Requirements To be able to successful in the role, you need to;
 
University degree in marketing, businness administration or a relevant discipline
At least 1 year experience in performance marketing, e-commerce or managing online campaigns for retail/e-commerce
Excellent understanding of digital ecosystem and a trend seeker
Knowledge of Google Adwords, and Social Media Advertising
Knowledge of online marketing campaigns (Facebook, Instagram and Youtube advertising, paid search, display, social media marketing, remarketing, e-mail marketing, SEO, identifying target audiences, setting up and optimizing digital campaigns, landing pages, user funnels)
Experience in strategy planning, campaign planning and channel planning
Follow the content advertising and finding unexpected new ways to organically tell the story of the brand/product
Media management experience is a plus
Follow the latest trends & developments & best practices in online marketing
Ability to take agile actions.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Fluent in English
