BAUCompass unit started its activities in December 2019 under the Dean of Students of Bahçeşehir University. Bahçeşehir University is a unit that provides academic coaching and preventive guidance services to ensure that students are in a healthy, successful, and happy school environment.
 
Required Qualifications:
 
Graduated from Guidance and Psychological Counseling departments of universities,
Having sectoral knowledge and experience,
Native Arabic speaker,
Fluent in English and Turkish
Responsible,
Sensitive about time management and job tracking,
Open to learning, eager for self-development, solution-oriented,
Strong communication skills and prone to teamwork,

Will be able to effectively use the opportunities around within the framework of creative ideas,
To be able to make individual interviews with international students within our university,
To be able to do group work on academic development,
Will be able to support the social media content production and preparation process
