GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
· Minimum 2 years experience in CRM or releated departments in online business
· Graduate from one of the following departments; statistics, business administration, industrial engineering, mathematics
· Experience in segmented campaigns operations and communications such e-mail marketing, SMS and push notifications
· Preferably have knowledge about SQL and data mining
· Preferably experienced in online retail business and has knowledge about web Technologies
· Able to be creative and a sharp, detail-oriented, analytical approach to problems
· Good command of English
JOB DESCRIPTION
· Own the customer relationship management strategy and roadmap to support new member acquisition and retention programs
· Analyze customer data to conduct and develop segmentation
· Determine target groups for campaigns and announcements
· Run the emailing, sms, web push and mobile app push process, and provide reports
· Manage email calendar for campaigns and customer lifecycle, plus transactional mailings
· Utilize all marketing platforms to ensure 360 degree CRM alignment
· Implement and test automated and triggered communications
· Manage personal data with IT teams and 3rd party providers in accordance with the law
