CULTURE & LEARNING SPECIALIST


 
Requirements:
 
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Education and Instructional Technology (CEIT) or similar fields related with education or human resources. Graduate degree is a plus.
Minimum 3 years of experience in learning and development preferably in a corporate academy function
Experience in learning management systems (Successfactors Learning module experience is a plus)
Experience in developing digital learning contents via content authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia etc.) is preferred
Sound understanding of digital learning contents (Scorm, AICC, Video learning etc) Able to create local and global reports for learning analytics purposes
Good command of English (written and spoken)
Strong technical skills regarding adult learning, instructional design(Managing full learning cycle is a plus)
Teamwork-oriented with strong communication skill
 
Job Description:
 
Manage learning and onboarding modules on Successfactors as a system administrator
Manage learning budget and maximize it by fulfilling most important development needs
Work as a local member of MAPFRE Corporate University, adopt and implement learning strategy, programs and contents
Localize global learning programs and contents where required
Manage ADDIE(Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) cycle of learning and development programs
Conduct training needs analysis depending on the needs of the functions
Instructional design of learning contents (Online, virtual or face to face)
Development and implementation of learning curriculums and functional learning programs
Deliver trainings such as onboarding or company culture where required
Manage learning providers
Evaluate learning activities and create adequate learning reports
Prepare quarterly and annual reports for learning function
Take part of other people and organization initiatives where needed
