Qualifications & Skills:
Graduated from preferably faculty of education, computer education and instructional technology(CEIT) or social sciences,
Minimum 3 years of related work experience preferably in a corporate learning environment,
Experience in learning management systems (Successfactors Learning module experience is a plus)
Sound understanding of digital learning contents (Scorm, AICC, video contents, etc)
Good knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design
Excellent command of written and spoken English,
Proficiency in MS Office programs,
Good organizational skills,
Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as presentation skills,
No restriction for travel,
No military obligation.
Job Description:
Using Success Factors learning module for training planning, recording and evaluation
Budget and activity tracking for learning activities
Managing ADDIE (Analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation) cycle of learning and development programs
Development and implementation of learning curricula and functional learning programs
Creating new learning and development approaches in accordance with organizational needs
Learning provider management
Creating learning reports using of both LMS (Success Factors) and other analytics tools, (Excel, power BI, etc.)
Communicating with training and organization companies
Supporting other human resources projects where needed
