Job Description:
 
• Identifying occupational training needs of Visual Merchandising positions
• Designing trainings and supportive learning materials
• Delivering in class, webinar and on the job trainings,
• Managing VM Promotion Programs
• Developing and implementing pre and post-training assessment and evaluation tools
 
Required Qualifications:
 
• University degree in related fields,
• Minimum 2 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in retail,
• Fluent verbal and written skills in English is a must,
• Preferably experience of delivering training in English,
• Preferably experience of designing training,
• Having excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
• Result-oriented and strong planning and organization skills,
• Having strong problem-solving and decision-making skills,
• No restriction to travel
