Job Description: As a Junior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for various aspects of client and
candidate management. Your key responsibilities will include:
• Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various online platforms and tools to identify and attract potential
candidates.
• Client Management and Growth: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to
understand their recruitment needs and contribute to their growth.
• Telephone Screening and Interviews: Conduct initial telephone screenings and interviews to
assess candidate suitability.
• Interview Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and candidates.
• Talent Pool Management: Maintain and update a database of potential candidates.
• Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with GDPR (KVKK) regulations.
Requirements:
• Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with clients and
candidates.
• Team Player: Collaborative attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Good Command of English: Proficiency in English to interact with a diverse range of
stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s Degree: Relevant degree from a recognized institution.
• Internship Experience: Previous internship experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, or
a related field is advantageous.
