Job Description:
 
Danfoss is looking for Marketing Communications Specialist to be a part of our Marketing Team. You will focus on creating high-quality content in our digital marketing channels together with offline activities. You will be responsible for continuous improvement in our marketing operations in Turkey and collaborate with our team members from the region. This position is based in Istanbul, Turkey.
 
Responsibilites:
 
Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
 
Supporting both global and regional business strategies and commercial execution plans, identifying and agreeing on actions to deliver various marketing communications programs,
Implementing and executing the offline and online strategy of the corporate, segments and the region,
Creating local content and localizing the global content for catalogs, case studies, editorials, posters, adverts, flyers, etc.,
Consulting and supporting Danfoss stakeholders by coordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities and providing Danfoss partners the right content for showroom branding and online campaigns,
Organizing and running successful online, offline, and hybrid events,
Supporting shaping the future direction of our digital service portfolio,
Creating and publishing engaging, high-quality content in the digital marketing channels,
Identifying and running the regional agency network, reviewing work submitted by outside agencies/contractors to ensure accuracy, proper layout and copy adhering to brand guidelines,
Managing any marketing operations needed for events, special days, accounting, finance, etc.,
 
Background&Skills:
 
The ideal candidate possesses these skills.
 
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent. A Masters degree in Digital Marketing is a big plus,
5 years of experience in a related field preferably in a global company,
Expertise in copywriting is a must,
Previous experience in a P&R is a plus,
Experience in events management both offline and online events,
Experience with BTL (Below the Line) activities,
Excellent communications and interpersonal skills,
Good understanding of digital communications and online media,
Sense of responsibility while being an open and honest team member,
A Proactive team player who is eager to accept challenges,
Native in Turkish and fluent in English,
