· Graduated from Engineering or Bussiness Administration faculties of universities
 
· Strong communication, delegation, planning and organizational skills.
 
· Self-motivated, ability to work result-oriented, innovative and creative approach to problem solving.
 
· Successful, responsible and persuasive ability in human relations.
 
· Excellent command of understanding and speaking in Turkish language
 
· Excellent command of understanding, writing and speaking in English or French
