PRODUCT OWNER

 
We are looking for a team member with entrepreneurial experience and willing to work in a venture building studio model business.
 
QUALIFICATIONS
 
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree from a reputable university preferably in Engineering departments
Experience in end-to-end experience of all steps from identifying business needs all the way to execution and delivering successful and innovative products in a start-up or venture building studio
Having experience in marketing activities in new product/brand launches
Having experience in marketplace, e-commerce and and SaaS products
Having practical experience working with Lean, Agile, Scrum and Kanban methodologies
Well-adapted organization and project management skills with an entrepreneurial approach to solving problems
Effective time management skills and the ability to prioritize work based on project timelines and sprint arrangements
Ability to communicate effectively with c-level, executives and share holders for escalating project risks to reach project goals
Advanced level in both written and spoken English
PMP certification is a plus

JOB DESCRIPTION
 
Determining the vision and direction of the product, ensuring that the product features are developed according to this vision
Keeping the software development process updated according to the developing and changing market conditions and making sure that the route of the product is correct
Ensuring that development team understand and coordinate product strategy, release timelines, product quality and stay aligned to the project goals
Ensuring development team will do and according to the priority and value of the work to be done
Ensuring correct adoption and application of Agile, Scrum and Kanban practices in the project and make adjustments as necessary
