Responsibilites:
 
Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
 
Creating the sales plan for your customers according to the overall goals and driving business development in line with our sales strategy for the food retail sector,
Contributing and implementing local sales strategies, focusing on building a value proposition and network within the industry,
Managing and presenting business cases for projects and business opportunities,
Working on sales activities to strengthen your opportunity pipeline and customer development,
Monitoring markets and competitors,
Providing input for the demand plan and rolling forecast,
Achieving sales growth with business development customers for the Food Retail Business,
Developing an understanding of account needs within the region, key decision-makers, applications, products and competitive situation,
 
Background&Skills:
 
The ideal candidate possesses these skills.
 
Bachelor or Master’s degree in Engineering,
At least 2-3 years of experience in the refrigeration/air conditioning industry, customer needs, and food retail applications,
Deep understanding of CO2 and general supermarket systems,
Customer-oriented personality with excellent relationship skills,
Independent and well structured, professionally organized,
Proficiency in MS Office Applications,
Native in Turkish and fluent in English,
Have no obstacle to travel,
No military obligations,
