We believe that diversification will make MCAN Healthgreat.MCAN Health is looking for Medical Tourism Sales Specialists who can fluently speak English and one of the European languages (Spanish, French, Dutch, or German) to join the sales team in Istanbul
 

You are the right candidate for this position, if you:
 
are fluent in English as well as one of the other European languages
are a bachelor or master graduate from a university
have excellent communication and negotiation skill
are a good listener and has empathetical approach
are proficient in MS Office applications, preferably in G-Suite
have great organizational skills and persistence,
have great attention to detail,
are persistent, passionate, enthusiastic and sales-driven,
are proactive and able to take initiative
 
JOB DESCRIPTION:
 

You will be expected to:
 
deal with patient inquiries via email, telephone, instant messaging or online chat,
understand patient’s needs correctly and empathically,
prepare the treatment plan with the doctors and give price quotations to patients for medical tourism packages,
assist patients in tele-consultations,
deliver an excellent customer service,
achieve the monthly sales targets from the received inquiries
