Prepare the local social media calendars according to guidelines and adapt the global calendar,
As a Social Media Specialist, reply to all comments and messages on time aiming a strong response rate in all social media accounts,
Maintain a strong online company voice through social media,
Be creative with local content solutions and strategical plans with the marketing team,
Brief graphic designers on social creatives,
Work closely with e-commerce team to ensure social consistency and align on plans,
Create influencer marketing ideas and manage influencer projects,
Work closely with global partners, attend all necessary meetings and calls with the team,
Closely monitor and analyse digital-social plans & activities with relevant KPIs and take part in recommendations accordingly,
Continuously track new digital & social media happenings and share all new & relevant learnings with brand marketing team,
Taking part in the PR plans preparation phases with the agency according to the global brand strategies,
 
Qualifications:
 
Bachelor’s degree in related fields,
Newly graduated or 1 year of experience in social and digital media management (social is a plus),
Excellent command of written and spoken English is must,
Strong eagerness and understanding of current trends in digital and social media,
Good communication and social interaction skills,
Innovative thinking ability and positive attitude,
Multi-tasking and eager to work as a part of a team,
Customer focused, ability to lead / drive change,
Good communication and analytical skills, strategic point of view, presentable,
Familiarity with Social media tools,
Proficiency in MS Office applications,
Military obligation completed for male candidates
