Staying in touch with Korea for mobile products (cell-phones)
Testing softwares that had sent from Korea and informing the field employees
Informing Korea about field problems
Following and completing all the test processes of new-coming TVs and informing the relevant departments.
Following daily malfunctions of TVs (especially for new products) and informing relevant employees.
Internship experience on software and/or test engineering and to have excellent knowledge in that particular area.
Strong communication skills
Easily reachable and suitable for flexible working hours (he/she may receive calls from services during night times or weekends)
