Qualifications
 
Fluency in the English language; demonstrated in communication and in writing skills
Familiarity with data analysis
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Computer science degree / related course
2+ years of experience in a Client Management, Account Management, Customer Success or similar roles
Experience in working in the tech industry or on a tech-product
Integrity, honesty and adaptable working hours
Ability to efficiently multitask and work within challenging deadlines.
Ability to work independently, with little to no oversight, and as part of a team.
 
Job Description
 
Work tightly with the account managers on planning the demos and trainings and on providing the follow up information after the demo to a client
Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
Analyze and report product malfunctions, suggesting new features and functionalities based on the clients requirements
Working on the best approach how to guide our client on analyzing their apps and on using Countly to do that
Explore and work on workarounds and suggestions how to fulfill clients needs in the product
Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
Explore each clients use case and industry in order to prepare as custom and useful demo as possible
Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
Willing to come up with own solutions and suggestions, to learn the product and understand it from a deeper perspective
