Job Overview:
 
Interactive Designer must be a highly conceptual, cross-disciplinary creative that owns assignments & has the ability to juggle multiple projects. This position supports multiple brands across a wide variety of verticals. It’s important for the designer to be able to implement established brand guidelines with a high level of attention to detail while simultaneously innovating and pushing the boundaries across the landscape of ad tech.
 

Requirements
 
Bachelor Degree
 
3-5 years experience
 
A strong portfolio which illustrates conceptual thinking and high-fidelity execution
 
Proficient in Photoshop
 
Knowledge of After Effects and other video editing software
 
Understanding of typography, movement and layout
 
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
 
Knowledge of best practice image compression and asset extraction
 
Expert eye for detail and pixel perfection; no detail is too small or insignificant
 
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines
 
Can clearly articulate & decipher client’s needs to make the correct design decisions
 
Can transform high-level business needs into engaging creative
 
Rich media ad experience
 
Key Duties:
 
Able to take high-level direction of a client’s needs to produce engaging interactive ads
 
Take ownership of projects from concept to delivery
 
Able to improvise on RFP mocks with little to no creative assets
 
Solve problems creatively and be able to compromise without impacting the work
 
Work within our brand identity to create promotional elements and identities
 
Even Better:
 
Mobile ad design experience
 
Understanding of 3D, the Red Giant Suite, Video Copilot, & other Motion
 
Graphics plugins
 
Illustration abilities
 
Understanding of the limitations and abilities of HTML5/CSS3/JS
