The Role: International Recruitment and Career Management Assistant Specialist
 
• Provides support to all Recruitment Processes
• Publishes Job advertisements via related local and international career portals
• Screens and filters job applications and provides long list for the job vacancies
• Coordinates Interview organizations for Headquarters and international countries when
necessary
• Checks the references of affirmative candidates before the offer process
• Monitors, controls, records and reports the Recruitment and Promotion Lists & Assignments
• Controls and gets approvals for all international stores and offices assignment requests and
publishes to the related departments
• Enters the related information of the candidates in the system and keeps HR software updated
• Keeps Recruitment Documentation updated on the system and other related shared folders.
• Prepares weekly / monthly recruitment and ad hoc reports
• Follows 2-5 Evaluation process for Headquarters and countries
• Sends and follows Recruitment Satisfaction Survey to all head office employees that are
recruited for all countries head office positions and prepares the analysis reports
 
Education & Language Skills
 
• University Degree in a relevant field
• Fluent in English (both written & verbal),
• Advanced level of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) programs,
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources,
• Customer-oriented,
• Very good communication skills,
• Well organized and good planning skills,
• Continuous learning and development,
• Team working,
• No military service liability for male candidates
