Who We Want to Meet:

Professional experience working in a game development studio
One or more commercially released games or mobile applications
2+ years of experience in the game industry
Experience leading or closely collaborating with a full cross-functional game team, including designers, engineers, and artists
Exemplary communication skills, social and emotional intelligence, and empathy
Exemplary data-driven decision-making and analytical skills
Passion for games and creating player experiences
Experience in agile project management methodologies (Scrum, etc.)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build relationships with team stakeholders
Detail-oriented

What You’ll Do:

Work closely with Engineers, Game Designers, Artists, Production, Product Managers & Owners, QA, Research, and Marketing teams to implement solutions, timelines, build reviews, technical risks, and testing
Write clean, professional, and maintainable documents
Develop a deep understanding of our business, the competitive landscape, and our players to demonstrate strong judgment in assessing value, risk, complexity, and priority
Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends and key insights that drive innovation toward measurable goals
Continuously gather feedback from players and stakeholders to generate insights that inform decisions to improve the game’s features and business strategy
Manage stakeholder needs and expectations regarding progress or changes in risk, budget, schedule, or priority of goals
Demonstrate the ability to clearly present, evangelize, and build consensus around opportunities, ideas, and innovations that you and your team believe can make an impact
Lead your game team in developing a strong structure, culture, health, and processes for how the people within the team organize, communicate, and work together to meet their goals
Deliver results in a fast-paced environment and find creative ways to accomplish tasks.
